We developed an inventory management system for Aim Group, a machine manufacturing company. Their main challenge was tracking the availability of various machine parts. Before the system's implementation, it was difficult for them to determine where parts were located , such as which rack or section or whether specific parts were in stock. They also struggled with monitoring pending payments. Our solution addressed these issues, and now Aim Group can efficiently manage their inventory and track parts, greatly improving their operational efficiency.
